conference will take place at Dublin City
University.
The theme of the conference
explores the library of the 21st
century as it responds to significant and rapid
change. The conference will examine how
libraries can foster and manage talent to enable and
sustain a culture of innovation. It will also
ask how effectively libraries are successfully
reshaping their services, systems, structures and
