The library currently provides access to thousands of e-books.
When you search
the library catalogue you can refine your search by choosing "E-books" on the
left hand side of screen. When you click on the link to view the book you may be asked to verify yourself
as a registered student by logging in with your computer username and password.

ACLS Humanities E-Book is a digital collection of 1,500 full text e-books including most humanities disciplines.
Oxford Scholarship Online: Pyschology Collection
Oxford Scholarship Online provides access to 80 full text e-books
in the areas of cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience,
and cognitive development. It features all titles from the

PsycBooks
PsycBooks is the APA's full text e-book collection in the area
of psychology. It provides access to 778 books published by APA,
including 100 out-of-print books from 1950–2002, 1,027 classic
resources in psychology and exclusive electronic release of the
APA/Oxford University Press Encyclopedia of Psychology.

The Bibliography of British and Irish History provides
bibliographic data on historical writing dealing with the
British Isles, and with the British Empire and Commonwealth,

catalogues to help you find the items that it lists in research
libraries in Britain, Ireland and the USA, and it provides links

Published since 1954, Historical Abstracts is recognised as a leading bibliography for historical
study. It provides resources from 1,700 journals published throughout the World and
includes content related to History from countries outside North America and Canada. 20,000 new
citations are added to the databases annually.

A complete electronic version of the first edition
of Patrologica Latina, a collection of early Christian theology
first published between
1844 and 1855.

Linguistics & Language Behavior Abstracts
LLBA provides abstracts of journal articles and citations to

Literature Online
With over a third of a million full-text works of poetry, prose and drama in English,
together with the definitive online criticism and reference library, Literature Online
is the world's largest cross-searchable database of literature and criticism. It runs

MLA International Bibliography
Provides a classified listing
and subject index for books and articles published on modern
languages, literatures, folklore, and linguistics. It comprises a collection of 1.6 million citations drawn from

the present.
Project Muse
Covering the fields of literature and criticism, history, the
visual and performing arts, cultural studies, education,
political science and gender studies, Project Muse offers over
348 full text titles from over 60 scholarly publishers.
Women Writers Online
The Brown University Women Writers Project is a long-term
research project, providing access to texts by pre-Victorian
women writers and covering a period from 1400 to 1850.

A bibliographic database with informative, author-written abstracts covering scholarly research in
all areas of philosophy. Updated quarterly, The Philosopher's Index monitors over 550 journals

Routledge Encyclopaedia of Philosophy
REP covers Anglo-American, ethical and political,

Psychology
PsycArticles
PsycArticles is a definitive source of searchable full text articles on current issues in psychology.
It covers general psychology and specialized, basic, applied, clinical and theoretical research in
psychology. The database contains more than 35,000 searchable full text articles from 41 journals
published by the APA and 8 from allied organizations. It contains all journal articles, letters to
the editor and errata from each of the 49 journals. You can also access the fulltext of this database
via linked abstracts in PsycINFO database (see below).

PsycINFO contains nearly two million citations and summaries of journal articles, book chapters, books,
and dissertations, all in the field of psychology. It also includes information about the psychological

physiology, linguistics, anthropology, business and law. This database also allows seamless linking to the
